INFANT CLUB REP

MWC Infant Care seeks results-driven reps with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage clients’ prospects.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell infant Care Services using solid communication with existing and prospective clients.

• Establish, develop, and maintain positive family and company relationships.

• Reaching out to parents and families or clients through direct contact, calling, and email.

• Report on resolving family or client problems and complaints to the human resource manager. 

• Coordinate sales efforts with team members and company.

• Supply management with reports on clients’ or family’s needs, problems, interests, competition, and potential for new ideas on sales strategies.

• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

• Continuously improve through feedback 

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a Sales Rep

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Familiarity with how to build family friendly relationships.

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent selling, friendly and communication skills

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the clients or family’s needs.

• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
