MWC Infant Care is looking for a family’s administrator to oversee all aspects of families and workers practice and processes.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement families and workers strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Care services
• Bridge family and workforce relations by addressing family and workers’ demands, conflicts, or other company issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process of workers.
• Develop and monitor overall family resource strategies, and procedures.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee the activities and performance of infant caregiver and infant care agents.
• Write a monthly report about the progress of infant care agents.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout family resource management.
Requirements and skills:
• Proven working experience as an administrator
• People and family-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of human resource systems and databases
• Excellent active listening, and presentation skills
• Competence to build interpersonal family and worker relationships.
• Diploma in human resource administrator or a related field
